AFF First Birthday

AFF started on the 23rd March 2009. This march we are celebrating our 1st Birthday with one of our legendary nights out on the town.

  • The date will be the Saturday 20th March and the start location is Revolution 8pm. So pencil the date in your diaries NOW!
  • Maximum attendance is required to celebrate our 1st birthday and welcome our newest AFF members.

Armed Forces Fitness Official Physiotherapist

Elizabeth Webster is a Chartered and state Registered Physiotherapist who is working with Armed Forces Fitness to make sure that all our members stay in top shape and keep their bodies in full working order. If your looking to get help with an injury or just relax the body after some hard training sessions give her a call… and remember Armed Forces Fitness members get discount!

Each individual session lasts approximately 30 minutes. Members of the Leeds Hospital Fund may claim back half of the costs of their treatment. Conditions treated include:

  • Neck and Back Pain
  • Arthritic Joint Problems
  • Whiplash Injuries
  • Headaches, Migraines and Stress
  • Work Related Disorders

Soft Tissue complaints such as;

  • Tennis Elbow
  • Tendinitis
  • Frozen Shoulder
